A 50% deposit is required upon contract approval. 2. The remaining 50% is due upon completion before going live. Ongoing marketing services month to month (payment structure is as follows). 1. 100% of the monthly service cost is billed at the time of completion. This is completed the month before going live. 2. The ad spend portion is billed after that month has finished (as the exact ad spend has been tallied) This means that ongoing marketing service fees are paid in advance month to month.

Initially, we will require a design brief to be filled out, which is your time to convey any specific information and supply us with artwork, content, upcoming deals etc. This design brief and initial discussions will allow us to obtain a framework for the services required. Once we have the design brief and the ball is rolling, it is at this time you can choose to be as involved or as removed from the process as you like. Some clients only want to know the analytics each month and sit back while the leads increase behind the scenes. Others want to be kept up to date throughout every step.
